The Society is going through a difficult period financially at present as a result of the economic problems in Zimbabwe.
Inflation is tremendous and the Society's expenses, which are mainly the cost of publishing the monthly Tree Life have escalated rapidly.
Further pressure is provided by the low interest rates payable on the Society's cash balances.
The Society wishes not only to survive but also to attract extra resources in order to develop its Tree Mapping project.
